Zachery benefits from SKIP services

Zachery was born with the diagnosis of Myelomeningocele (Spina Bifida). This is a birth defect in which the backbone and spinal canal do not close before birth, and as in Zachery’s case, caused a partial paralysis and lack of sensation in his legs, and a build up of fluid inside the skull (hydrocephalus).
